Wonder Overnight Oats!

I have started a new breakfast that seems to work very good for my body and gives me a lot of energy: Overnight Oats. I have gotten the same question at work so many times (where I eat it): WHAT is THAT? I love that people are so curious and the look they get in their eyes when looking at it and listen to my answer #priceless

Every evening, I make a mix of oats, berries, and vegan milk and put it in the fridge. I awaken to wonder oats! I bring, it as I said, to work and have a mash of goodies in a jar. I get fuelled up by the oats, it is just the right amount of food to get me started and have me going until lunch. I just love it and it is so simple.

For my type of body, oats are nurturing. My body says thank you and is happy. Not every breakfast or meal does that to me. Bread or food with a lot of carbs and little protein I feel my body says “no thank you”, but I give it anyways and it doesn´t understand why I give it. Listening to all of me is so important to live a life full of enthusiasm and joy!

Wonder overnight oats

Ingredients

  1. 1 dl Oats

  2. 1 tablespoon chia/flaxseeds

  3. 1 tablespoon vegan yogurt/other sweetener like peanut butter

  4. Shredded coconut

  5. 1 fist with nuts of your choice (I use almonds and walnuts)

  6. 1 dl berries

  7. Vegan milk to cover

Put the ingredients in the order of the ingredients list in a jar with a lid. Shake it well so all of the oats become wet. Put it in the fridge and wait for the next morning. Than you can eat it with care and love
