Trust, believe and inspire!

First before you read my first blogpost: Inhale and Exhale deeply. Yes, all the way down to your belly. Now, how are you feeling? Tense, excited, relaxed, stressed or happy? Its your body; your mind – you know how you want to feel and how you feel. My intention is you to be aware of yourself, and your needs. And not confuse it with people around you or what you see on social media.

That is my world – in the yogi world. I use mantras and questions to get closer to myself. I ask and say these things many times a day, to trust myself. I don´t claim to say it is an easy task, many time I forget but nobody is perfect. If you want to try to improve your day or hour too – here they are:

  1. How do I really feel today?

  2. How can I make myself happy today?

  3. I approve of myself

  4. I am love

  5. I am grateful for..

  6. I learn and grow everyday

These mantras and questions can help you, like me, to trust the universe, believe in the good things coming and be good enough to share it with the world.

Trusting, believing and sharing comes from inside of you. You have everything you need!
