Raw Wonderful Brownies!
This weekend I am at my parents cabin. It gives me fresh air- my body love it and my mind loves it. I use my body going up steep hills and doing yoga outside with my family. During the evening we sit in the Jacuzzi and drink prosecco. It is all about the balance I believe. Now I sit here, early on a Sunday, looking on the colours in the mountains with a cup of coffee and a raw brownie next to me. It is a healthy snack before eating breakfast – got to love weekends!
The raw walnut brownies are so easy to make, it astonishes me why we don´t always have it available in the fridge.
250 g walnuts
3 tablespoons cacao powder
6 big dates
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and let mix for about 5 minutes until it becomes a dough. Have a baking sheet ready, and place the dough flat in a square: 30 cm * 30 cm. Place it in the fridge for an hour, divide into pieces and place in a airtight container or eat them all!
