Chanting meditation

Meditation for me has been sitting in silence while listening to my breath. It has been great, but challenging. As well as I had to increase the time from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes. I like to spend my time this way, but sometimes life comes in the way and I don´t have 30 minutes. Therefore I wanted a way to connect faster to my intuition. Than I tried chanting meditation and it let me connect  with my throat chakra much faster.

In chant meditation you sing alone or along from audio on either youtube, spotify or other apps. There is so many different chants, the easiest one is the word OM. It is easy and give fast-felt results.

Here I have listed a few more I use:

  1. RA MA DA SA – I am Thou (Ra -Sun-, Ma – Moon-, Da – Earth-, Sa – Universal Energy)

  2. SATNAM – I bow to my higher self

  3. OM Mani Padme Hum – mantra for compassion

  4. OM Hari om – Subreme Absolute Truth

  5. OM Gan Ganapataye Namah – Remove Obstacles
