Turmeric Latte is my new wonder drink, it is also known as Golden Milk. Turmeric have a huge benefit on you health, which I have written about earlier. It is good for your digestion, reduce pain and cleanse your body. Instead of a cup of coffee in the morning I make myself this amazing latte. A cup of coffee can sometimes make me all shiversy, and lost in caffeinehigh. Through this latte, I can keep my center and have huge health benefits.
Ingredients for 2 cups of Turmeric Latte
4 dl almond milk
1 small piece of fresh turmeric/ 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Small piece of fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put it in a casserole, bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 3 min. Use a strainer before the latte get´s into your favorite cup. Enjoy it with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
